Subscriptions
The app offers a premium subscription plan with a free 7-day trial. Payments are handled through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
Content Ownership
All content, including audio, images, videos, descriptions, journal structure, design, and interface are the intellectual property of FOP Andriievskyi Mykyta Serhiiovych and Vibris. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use of content is strictly prohibited.
If you wish to use or quote any content, please contact us in advance at support@vibris.app to obtain permission.
Notifications
The app may send push notifications via Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) to deliver important updates or promotional messages. You can control these via your device’s settings.
Location Access
The app may request access to your device's location to improve the accuracy of lunar and astrological content. Location data is processed locally and used to personalize in-app features such as moon phase calculations and astrological guidance. By granting location access, you agree to this usage. You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer, or distribute content illegally. You also agree to use the app respectfully and mindfully, aligned with its intended purpose of meditation and energy healing.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ukrainian jurisdiction.
Refunds
Refunds for digital products are subject to our Refund Policy. By using the App and making purchases, you agree to these terms.
